The East Manjimup Primary School Board has endorsed the schedule of contributions and charges for 2016.

The schedule is broken into two sections and will allow you to calculate all costs that you might incur throughout the
school year.

1. VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS
The total amount of voluntary contributions parents and carers are asked to pay is $40:00 per student, Year K to Year 6 and is well under the $60:00 per student maximum limit set in the School Education Regulations 2000.
Money collected is used to supplement school expenditure in the areas listed. While contributions are voluntary it is important to understand that these funds are used to maximise the quality of our teaching and learning programs.

2. CHARGES - EXTRA COST OPTIONS
A breakdown of estimated charges for your child’s participation in incursions, excursions, activities etc. for 2016 has been included in the attached grid. Students will only incur costs when they are involved in a particular activity.
The amounts indicated on the grid represent the maximum that may be charged for scheduled activities in 2016.
As in the past you will be asked to make payment for each activity as it approaches.
